This lovely couple wanted to make sure that they could stay in their home forever. Working along side Lisa Jones of Kitchen and Bath Galleries North Hills, they came up with a new layout for their Master Bath, that would give them more space and allow them to remain in their home well into their golden years. The old tub was removed and the toilet that was originally located behind the door was moved to the area below the window. By doing this, the designer was able to extend out the homeowners vanity, giving them more counter top space and more storage. A new knee wall was built and the shower valves moved, so that the homeowners could turn on their shower without having to step in. This beautiful new shower was done as a curb-less zero entry, so that the homeowner could walk straight in without having to step up and over a curb. The shower walls were tiled with a white porcelain subway tile and installed to the ceiling. The shower and bathroom floor are tiled with small format mosaic, giving the bathroom a much larger feel. New lighting, new bathroom fixtures and a fresh coat of paint were added to give this lovely couple a bathroom that they deserved.
